主要科研成果

主要从事硅基半导体材料领域的基础研究及产业化应用。近年来,作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、福建省自然科学基金面上项目、宁夏回族自治区重点研发计划项目、深圳市基础研究面上项目、企业委托研发项目等;作为主要成员参与国家科技支撑计划、国家自然科学基金重点项目、NSFC-云南联合基金重点项目、宁夏回族自治区东西部合作项目、福建省高校产学合作项目、厦门市科技重大专项等多项国家及省市级重点科研课题。目前,以第一作者、通讯作者及合作署名发表论文50余篇,获得授权中国发明专利15项,联合出版学术著作《太阳能级多晶硅合金化精炼提纯技术》。获2019年中国产学研合作创新成果奖优秀奖、2019年度厦门市科学技术进步奖三等奖,入选厦门市高层次留学人员、厦门市高层次人才、福建省高层次人才。
